Tuesday, 12 September – Strayhorn Landing, Tenkiller Ferry Lake, OK

What the heck?  The sky is cloudy this morning, haven’t seen that for a while!  It’s likely to be an offshoot from Irma which has travelled north from Florida to Arkansas – Oklahoma is the next state over and we are not far from the state line.

We take ourselves off for a walk over to the marina.  There is nobody around – at all!  It is Tuesday and a bit overcast but still all these boats are still moored up under cover.  Most are resting above the water on air lifts.  It does snow here but hasn’t had deep snow for a few years now.

Can only assume chains embedded in concrete are to secure your boat trailer??
